Frequently Asked Questions
Macintosh computers are unable to play PPV video files at this point.
How does the PPV Cinema section work?
The videos are available to download and can be viewed on
your PC full screen at DVD quality. You simply choose the video you
want , click on the displayed pictures shown for each movie and you
will get a pop up presenting you with a link to right click to start the download; if you already have tokens just
download the video by selecting "Save target as" . If you do not
have tokens click on the buy tokens links included on the pop up
window or on the buy tokens page. There are no recurring charges, no
memberships!--you simply buy the movies you want! Each scene on the site costs either 10 tokens or 5 tokens depending on the file size (duration). Tokens can be redeemed on our PPV
Cinema section only.
Tell me more about Digital Rights Management (DRM) and playing the movies?
Digital Rights Management, or DRM for short, basically means that you need a license to play the movies.
DRM is used only on the movies we make available for download.
Once the movies are downloaded onto your PC, double click the movie file and Windows Media Player will open. You will then see the following box appear if you have never played a DRM movie before using Windows Media Player 9, if you have Windows Media Player 10 you will not be presented with the forst two windows.

The above message tells Windows Media Player to update your Digital Rights Management (DRM). Just click the "OK" button. It is a quick process taking just a couple of seconds .
A second box will appear. Click on "yes" again. This only takes a few seconds to complete.
Once these two actions are completed, you are all set to play DRM movies and will not have to repeat these two processes again. After you double click on the movie you have downloaded, you will be presented with the license acquisition screen. If you have already purchase tokens, enter the username and password you have chosen and click login.
After a few seconds you will presented with another screen
indicating how many tokens you need to spend in order to vide the
scene, click on the spend tokens icon. After a few seconds you can click
"play" and the movie will start playing. This process needs to be done ONLY ONCE . After the first time you just double click on the file and your movie will start playing.

**PLEASE NOTE** You must be connected to the internet to do the above steps and acquire your license. Repeat the process for each scene. You DO NOT have to be connected to the internet to watch your movies once you have obtained your license.Once you have done this process for each movie, you will NOT have any more prompts. The movie will play as normal each time you wish to view it again.
Do the movies ever expire?
NO! The movies once downloaded are yours to keep. The license to OWN (10 tokens) never expires.
Please bear in mind that the licenses are issued only for the
computer you downloaded the video to. If you burn a CD and try to
play it on another PC it won't play unless you spend additional
tokens.
How do I join or buy tokens?
Go to our BUY TOKENS page. From here you can purchase tokens.
We use CCBill as our processor who is 100% safe and secure. You will be billed discreetly.
Are the movies viewable in full screen?
Yes, all our movies work perfectly in full screen resolution.
What is the difference between the Video channels membership and buying tokens to download movies?
The video channels is a portal that contains more than
80 hours of streaming videos. If you want to view these video segments and have access to models pictures, the video channels membership is for you.
The streaming videos presented on the VC are only 10-12 minutes long and are offered at speeds that vary form 56-450 kbps only. These videos reside always on our servers and you are always connected to the internet to view them. The PPV section was created as a result of requests by
our members who do not want to be tied to a membership--some people just hate memberships. On the other hand they would like to enjoy full scenes (the same length as the ones available on DVD--16 to 30 minutes long) and be able to view them in full screen at
DVD quality on their computers. PPV members can download as many movies as they want and create a library they can view at anytime on or offline
on theirs PCs !!. We have privately tested the videos among a selected group of people and they all were blown away by their quality. Definitely, you need to try it. In the future all internet sites will be pay per view. It is much better for users and for website owners. We definitely recommend that you try it out.
Compatibility: Is the PPV section compatible with my computer?
First things first. Downloaded files can only be played on PCs. Macintosh computers are unable to play PPV video files at this time. Macs
cannot play our PPV content, unless you have a new MAC with the new
Intel processor that can run both MAC and XP Operating Systems. You
can read more here:
http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/ If you are running XP, it is best to install Windows Media Player version 11.
The video channels is compatible with MACS , to join the membership
section click here
You should be able to play videos on 98SE or above with no problem.
- Windows 95 could be hit and miss since Microsoft has officially stopped supporting that platform.
Can I recover my Licenses if my computer crash ?
Yes. You can retrieve your licenses if you have reinstalled your OS or if your computer crashed. Please
click on this link: Restore your licenses . You will need to enter your username/password and click on submit . You can perform up to 2 restorations of your licenses.
Do I need software to download the movies?
Not really, just right click on the download link and choose "save target as" and then select where you want to save the file on your hard drive. A good practice is to create an o4m directory on your "C" Drive and save all your videos there. If you want to use
a software, we recommend Download Coach especially if you are connected with dial up (56k connection). The software will help you manage the downloads.
Other software packages you can use to help you manage
downloads are:
Free
download Manager
GetRight
Can users with dial up connections (56k) use the PPV?
Absolutely, the only difference is that the time to download will be much longer than with DSL or Cable
connections. Just leave the file downloading overnight and you can play it the next day. Also, you might want to install Free Download Manager to manage your downloads if you have Dial-Up 56k connections.
I downloaded a scene and I got an error “The file type is supported by the Player, but the file was compressed by using a codec that is not supported by the Player “, Why?
Most likely the file download got interrupted. Common causes for the scene downloads interruptions are :
Power failures; temporary disconnection form your ISP, etc. In that case you need to download the file again, please remember that scene downloads are free, tokens are not consumed or used by downloading a video but by redeeming licenses. In the event that you already used a license and receive the error above just delete the video file and downalod the scene again, you will not have to use additional tokens to view the new downloaded file since the license already resides in your PC.
